Thomas Schultz
Thomas Schultz is a postdoctoral research fellow
currently with Geneva Law School, where he works on
international dispute settlement. He did postdocs at the Lauterpacht
Research Center for International Law,
Cambridge University, and with the Geneva Project on Online Dispute
Resolution, Information Technology and Arbitration at Geneva Law School.
Over the last years, he has also sat on working
groups
of the United Nations, the Federation of European
Direct
Marketing, and a consumer organization. He is a sometimes columnist for
odr.info
and the Geneva Center
for European Legal Studies and works for the Swiss Review of
International
and European Law as a junior editor.
Thomas gained a Ph.D. from Geneva Law School in
early 2005, an (anticipated) LL.M. from the European
Academy of Legal Theory (Brussels) in 1999, and the usual law degree
from Geneva Law School in 2000.
