Derek McKinley

Derek McKinley was Editorial Assistant for the Geneva E-Com / E-Law Project on ODR. In 2003 Derek graduated from Queen Mary College, University of London, with Upper Second Class Honours in the LLB Law with EU Legal Studies. Derek spent the third year of his degree at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. And he has recently been awarded the J W Jagger International Scholarship in order to commence his LLM in Marine Law at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, in 2004.

He left the research team in December 2003.
